You have pretty severe negative canthal tilt. Best option besides surgery is too increase hooding. Hooding on NCT can significantly reduce the psl loss. There are threads on the botb that go over doing this nonsurgically. It's called ice hooding. Also since you have decent eyebrows, look in to styling them to have a positive tilt. It will make your eyes look much less dead and reduce the psl cost of the nct.

However, you should be extremely careful when doing so, because if you lose too much width, you'll look like shit. Look into eyebrow ratios. In my opinion it's worth losing some with for a better tilt, but that's for my face

Look into lower eyelid retraction. Your medial canthus is below your lateral canthus, you have PCT but it looks droopy due to your outer lower eyelids.

how important do you think surgery is for my eye area? is it over tier?:lul:
