I started mewing months ago I’ve been a mouth breather since I was a kid but I fixed it (I’m still in puberty so it actually made a lot of difference but if you can give me any tips with mewing and eye area it would be great)

Lucky for you ive done tons of research since I also was a mouthbreather and have scleral show
1. Fix posture (rounded hips, shoulders, nerd neck) with stretches 2. Fix posture assymetry (rotated pelvis, high shoulder, tight side of neck) also through stretches. 3. Mew with proper suction hold and chin tucked. 4. Sleep on your side with mouthtape and pillow under head and between knees and feet.

which is often caused from mouth breathing.
Just because u didnt mouth breath and u have poor undereye support doesnt mean its not closely linked.
in your case its most likely genetic or maybe a result of improper tongue posture.

my maxilla is forward

i have negative orbital vector tho but my jaws are super forward grown

either it’s my cheekbones not forward enough or my infra are recessed

I had a jawline too before i found out i am recessed and my head posture was bad. Do you also have rounded shoulders, forward head, nasolabial folds, dark circles under your eyes and thin upper lip by any chance? Also do you have allergies, deviated septum, asthma or tonsils removed at a young age?

i have a mild overbite my mandible is slightly recessed but my maxilla is fine, i’ve seen two ortho they said only lower jaw is slightly recessed, can it all be caused because of my incel body posture ?

The posture is caused by mouthbreathing (in most cases) but do you have allergies or anything that could've made your nose stuffy?
