what would make it good

lighter eye color, longer eyelashes slightly less or just bigger eyes in general.
other than that they are good. There is nothing you can change about them. Maybe trimming eyebrows would help of done properly.
edit: I would say more than slightly above avrg. Perhaps my rating was too harsh
