Fixing my lower eyelid would make my eyes at least 6/10 imo.My hooding is decent and I have thick,decently low set eyebrows.

you will be able to fix the color soon as well, there is already a laser procedure available in spain for like 4k euro that removes the melanin from the eye making it lighter, I'm planning on getting it once they start working with almost black eyes

I've seen the one in Turkey.Also planning to get It done.But my eyes are really dark,keep in mind,the photo was taken in complete darkess,with light shining into them,my eyes,under normal lighting,look like this.
