The maxilla is your upper jaw. It adds volume and projection to the face. Notice how your nose and midface is pushed into the face. That’s a recessed maxilla.

Barrett has a very good maxilla. Look at the depth to the face.

Not really without operations. You can always try thumbpulling but at 16 your maxilla is most likely fused. Or you can just forget about it and just focus on other things. Jesse James west has a similar issue and he’s doing fine.
