Mewing made my face more attractive.
I do mewing 1 month.
I am 20 years old.
Problems with the neck gradually disappear, before it was much more curve, I hope with time the face will become even better.
During mewing, I still feel and hear the sound of a crunch in my neck, I hope this will pass and my health will be restored.
I live in Russia, i am half-asian (kazakh) and half-jew.
