How is posible i have strong cheekbones and sonewhat masculine bones but chin and jaw dont fit???

The bones of the upper part of the mouth i.e. the maxilla grow during puberty until the age of 15, then in adolescence the lower bones (the jaw) grow until almost 20 years old and that is when masculinity begins to develop, you may have had a growth problem to develop properly or it may be genetic
