I'm planning to get a BSSO (bilateral sagittal split osteotomy), and a septoplasty might also slightly reduce the size of my nose.I'm still unsure whether my nose is actually too big or if my lips are just too narrow in proportion.


Overall, I'm quite satisfied with my eyes — they just need a bit of grooming.
The dark circles under my eyes will also be addressed soon.
