Optimizing your hormones during puberty by weightlifting, being active, doing sports, etc & eating correctly (avoid soft processed foods) is a good place to start. High HTN is really good looking and that is mostly be determined by your genetics. There's no magic secret tip that will ascend you to high HTN.
