Hello a girl called me ugly (see previous thread) I have decided to go and buy jawzrsize and chew until my jaw got bigger and more aesthetic.
My workout plan consisted of : 25 reps x 5 sets , I extra set until failure , the jaw exerciser I had was strong and had to chew so it was a very good tool. I would appreciate it if someone can rate me based on PSL and SMV scale.
