trim your beard to make jaw more angular it will change ur face, also skincare, lose weight,/bloat idk your diet Other than that only "failo" would be that ur eyes could have better hooding and that just with fat graft, implants or filler. Myabe making your eyelashes bigger it could help deviating attention(not that something is wrong). Decent hairline, good midface ratio, good lips, assymetry is not very noticeable irl, the ear piercing adds a lot, non ideal face shape but no one gives a fuck about nose, good eyebrows.

I'm not even sure how to fix that since you have small eyes. In almost all cases when eyes are ascended surgically the eyes are large to begin with.

I don't think you have measured it correctly if it's 33 mm. 30+ mm pfl eyes never have the "squished" look even if they have a wide bizygo. Jordan Barrett has around that range of pfl as well as a very wide bizygo and his eyes look hunter.
