Did you take an actual test to measure out how much fat you got or did you just guess it?
Because when i was at the most out of shape i've ever been in my life (36% bf) my lower third looked leaner than that

I think I'm around 20-25% my face is a little fat and I have alot of fat on my back hips and stomach. Legs are don't hold fat tho
