Biggest flaw in his eyes is that they are too wide set and too rounded.
Smaller flaws would be too much scleral show and mid set eyebrows im guessing its midset cuz he looksup which frauds a couple things.
Overall too feminized you can see that they lean to more cute instead of masculine. Nothing realisticilly will fix this.
Id still clasify this as normie though 5/10

Your outlier flaws are unideal facial thirds lower third is the shortest third when ideally it should be the tallest or all thirds should be equal in your case forhead is too big and rounded, chin to philtrum ratio which gives you babyish look..prey eyes due to lack of under eye support Aka cheekbones,maxilla, browridge all are 404 unideal ipd unideal Es ratio..these are only outlier flaws there are other flaws too but they won't hurt your rating that much..and even with surgeries it's very very hard to ascend to 6psl with that skull shape
