I’m barely in the green zone on the BMI scale
I’m around 145lbs, the last time I measured i was 142lbs

Wrist and elbow size determine how big your arms can get natty. That’s why they’re important.

When you’re on roids, it’s actually the opposite tbh

Wide clavicles, long arms.

Your main weaknesses are always going to be traps and arms, so you need to do a lot more volume for those.

Get 18 inch arms, and get strong at deadlifts and shrugs, and you'll look big. You can also expand your V taper by growing your shoulders with lateral raises and overhead press and growing your lats with yates rows, lat pulldowns and dumbbell pullovers.

Then finally, bench press for a decent chest, and sit-ups to get your abs to show.

Train to failure and you'll have a good physique.

Legs are optional. If you're going to do them, romanian deadlifts will work best for your build. Squats will be a nightmare. If you want quads, do leg pressing instead.

I also completely forgot about traps lmao I definitely will add that to my routine when ai finish it up

I’ll definitely do legs as they’re low-key my favorite muscle category. I’ll take the romanian grip and leg presses into heavy consideration. Chest and shoulders will definitely be targeted the most.
