Very good shoulders, but his waist is very thick, which causes a bad relationship between the width of the shoulder and the rest of the body. The ideal would be an inverted triangle

How is my waist thick bro? I thought that i had narrow waist and hips but not so wide shoulders honestly

It's actually reasonable, your bideltoid already mogs 60% of people in terms of size I think. Your shoulders are good because they are positive, but the difference in the width of your shoulder in relation your waist should be bigger.

Oh alr, i guess I'll keep lifting. I've added some width to my shoulder with gym, i think i can grow some more. I'd like to get to 21/22 inch bideltoid but it's pretty hard.

I see, focus on your lats and back. This is my frame workout for a few weeks focusing only on the backmuscles.

Around 20 inches I think, I'm in mid/early puberty so I'm not that tall btw. But I will continue framemaxx until the end of puberty

I cant tell if you are raising your shoulders, Looks like you are doing a "hm idk" pose jfl, Frame is good, hips and waist are kind of blocky but as soon as you lose fat and build upper body muscles, i guess the v taper would accentuate more

Seems to me that the scapula is way more important.

Maybe hips are a bit wide but his clagicles is too wide for it to affect him.

Iโ€™m the same height as u. In the US I donโ€™t feel like Manlet maybe slightly above average but if ur from Northern Europe u might be Manlet

I'm in north east Italy, very close to balkans. I think 6ft is average for guys my age. I see 190+ daily and 2m people is not that uncommon. Tbh I feel average, I was jokong in the comment.

Is there a way ti fix the hips? Maybe adding size to my waist? I measured myself and my waist is around 2 inches smaller than hips.

I donโ€™t know your waist measurements or bideltoid. But your shoulders look large in relation to your waist, which is basically what matters. My bidelt is very large but my waist is also large, so it doesnโ€™t matter. Bideltoid alone doesnโ€™t mean shit, itโ€™s about how it relates to the waist. You donโ€™t have much muscle mass as of now, but your frame has mogger potential. Hit a bulk, spam OHP, lateral raises, rear delt flies, reverse pec deck, upright rows. Cut the fat off and there you go. Hit your lats, biceps, triceps hard as well to accentuate the V taper.

Bideltoid is 51-52cm measured myself, so probably its a couple cm shorter actually, waist is like 79cm in the narrow point and 84cm in the widest, shoulder circumference around 125-127cm.

It's not over for slight hipcel bhais like this case. Roiding can save him by getting huge shoulders and wider collarbone
