no legs 🤣? alright so assuming u do chest tricep shoulders, id say start of with shoulders in particular lateral head exercises like lateral raise etc focusing on the time under tension instead of the weight

this wouldve built up muscular endurance not necessarily strength but as long as they look big or in proportion to your body should be fine

i dont think i enough muscle mass to cut
You will have more room to slowly bulk without looking like complete shit if you do.

i mean i dont even want to be muscular, i'd rather lose some muscle and get lower bf

full stacking leg machines are relatively easy depending on the machine
i weigh 60kg and full stack my gym's leg curl/extension machine
