you need surgeries to improve those ratios other then neck which you can train
(i am assuming this isn't your friend )

but improving your skin , dying your eyebrows and getting a nice tan and dying your lashes black would increase your appeal a lot

i didn't need to measure it, his eye seperation looks way out - doesn't happen to most people with good spacing
