He looks young should softmaxx but unfortunately has too many failos to ascend to even slightly above average jaw is shit, eye area is shit - ipd, chin is very short and recessed, philtrum is too long all around very bad ratios and features

His eye and lower third are his biggest failos.

His chin is recessed and lower third lacks volume.
Nothing majorly wrong with his ratios except chin to philtrum and maybe FWHR.
His IPD seems good.

Fix that eye shape and lower third and his psl will ascend by a lot. But its a long road

His IPD is good.

IPD is affected by eye shape and brow ridge heavily.
His raw esr is good and skull is average dimension

He'll require surguries.

Genio/Bimax to somehow fix the chin then implants / fillers for lower third.

Eye area probably some filler and eyelid surgury. I don't have eye area failos so not sure.
But normie surguries will fix it.

Philtrum wise is truly tricky as his upper lip is ideal height. But it's not a major failo. I didn't notice it at first

Many LTNs have ascended as long as your willing to dedicate
