He’s about 5’8 ish and I think he has poetential but I personally think he needs to start LooksMaxing. He has been working out but not making optimal diet choices. I know all of this because he’s my bsf. I’m not trying to embarrass him I just wanna help him get on here and start learning. Any advice on how to get him on?
