His maxilla is extremely recessed and his jaw is even more recessed so he would definitely need djs, probably jaw reduction to even out and reduce the width of his mandible from the front, and canthoplasty to improve his eye shape. As for softmaxxing, he needs to get way leaner (this is almost certainly not 20%) and get rid of his blemishes
