This is why height + frame and muscle is so important
Height is sexually dimorphic meaning males should have more of it but his height is average female height.
We put a greater emphasis on height as it is genetic whereas frame can be enhanced through muscle in most cases.
TLDR; Women don't see him as a man per say, cant take him seriously etc.
