Self-harm is a tragic path that people sometimes take when seeking relief from pain. This isn't a solution, it's an illusion of control that only deepens internal wounds. Harming one's own body doesn't heal the soul; it leaves scars that scream of pain, not strength. Self-harm is a vicious cycle where each scar becomes a reminder of weakness, not victory. It doesn't adorn, but burdens, taking away a person's freedom to be at peace with themselves.

At the same time, scars earned in battle, labor, or defense are a completely different story. They are a testament to courage, resilience, and a life full of challenges. A scar on a man's body, whether it's from a fall, work, or a battle, speaks to his determination to get back up and keep going. These marks are not signs of defeat, but medals forged in the crucible of experience. They are inspiring because they tell stories of overcoming, of how a person faced a challenge and didn't break.

Self-harm is a cry for help that needs to be heard and stopped. Scars, born of life, are a hymn to the strength of the spirit. By choosing the path of healing and struggle, a man gains not only scars but also pride in them, for they are his story, his triumph.
