17 years old, 20% bodyfat, 5'7" chinese guy. What surgeries does he need?

I'm from a well off Chinese family but not like rich enough to drop 10k on surgery like it's nothing just like solid middle class.
I'm not a troll, I just want to become better looking. That picture's not me btw.

I believe that there are lots of asian guys with HQNP white girls. I will looksmax and try to find myself a foreign white girlfriend within the next 5 years . But if I fail, I can at least have a "backup girl".

Get leg lengthening like 5 to 6 inches.


Get orbitial decompression ideally.

Lose weight.


Ideally get submental liposuction.

And you seem to have a short facial height common in the brachy cephalic 💀 chin wing should fix this you get no no extra chin projection transversal though.


You also seem to have a well below average ramus ideally implants is the best solution.


The last thing is the flat nasal ridge that can be fixed with only lefort 2 no other surgery can fix this you have to bring that entire region forward.

LOL that's not me. Believe me I'm still better looking than my friend, but that's not saying much (because he's very ugly). I'm 5'9.5-5'10 barefoot and I was rated 4 PSL on the lookism site because of my recessed jaws, open bite and chubby cheeks.

Well your friend’s face is technically salvageable (assuming he has compact midface and high FHWR to make up for that pathetic forward growth), he would still need a modified lefort 3 that brings his entire face including his orbitals forward by lots of mms.

Isn’t there a distraction osteogenesis that brings the whole entire face forward?

I believe that at least 90% of East Asians including myself has flat midfaces. By that I mean an overwhelming majority of asians would look a lot better after a LeFort III. Recessed maxillas and bimaxillary protrusions are very common among asians.
