okk, thanks. I just dyed my eyebrows darker and from now on imma use castor oil to try to make them thicker. about the hair i cant really grow it out cuz im a referee and im trying to be as professional as i canmtn, whos short, so..

Thanks im trying to gain weight and bulid muscle as hard as i can. But i also run a lot everyday cuz im an athlete and progress kinda hard . About the eyebrows theyre so thin because of genetics but imma try to use castor oil and see what will happenHmtn gym hard and thicken eyebrows you have mad potential

ok bro take so much. but about growth i dont think i will get taller than this , maybe 1-2 cm. Cuz my mom is 163 and my dad 180 but i got all the genetics from my mom, my mister whos 13 is almost as tall as menever cut or take roids btw because both will stunt growth
squeeze as much protein in as you can (1.6-2.0 g per kg of bodyweight) and never do shit that someone recommends that doesn't have any concrete evidence (htn+ are trying to eliminate competition)
also generally just start having a healthier lifestyle if you want max gains without roiding the fuck out at 15
