I dont think thats true, and everything above 800ngdl is in supranormal limits. If he wants to reach supranormal limits he needs to blast more.

If he is talking about true TRT levels then it’s around 50mg a week, or roughly 250mg a month. Test replacement therapy you are replacing your natty test with extraneous test. You’re replacing what ever it would have naturally been. It will keep him in natty range. That’s what actual TRT is.

Sports TRT around 250mg a week.

If he wants super physiological test then obviously blast 300-500mg test.

In fact, LKet alone high levels, the biggest advantadge is that the T levels in your blood are stable and tay constant throughout the day as opposed to natties whom possess levels that increase or decrease as the day goes on.
