idk ask your dentist but I'm not telling you do treat ur bimaxillary protrusion at all. It's irreversible and if you don't like your face afterwards there's nothing u can do about it. Here's a morph without bimaxillary protrusion.

bimaxillary protrusion causes overbite in the first place. people here including me will advice against getting teeth extracted and then getting wires to realign the teeth. But I can't tell without actually looking at you irl if it'd be the right choice for you so do your own research.
