Lateral commissuroplasty and the reduction of the left side of my upper lip

At least one more round of lipolysis for cheeks and neck

Undereye fillers

Consult a plastic surgeon to how to fix UUE on left eye (lacks orbital bonemass)

@Orc @Clavicular @pneumocystosis @NorwoodAscender thoughts?

how much do you think it will it cost?

not sure but prolly not like massive amounts, depends on the uue fix, if just fillers do that then whole shit would be around 2-4k i think

Looking forward to seeing lateral commisuroplasty results, rumour has it this surgery leaves visible scars.

it very much does, but will try to minimize that/fraud with mustache maybe?

Maybe there’s some treatment you can use on the scar tissue, or just cover up with concealer. Wouldn’t go down moustache route, I’m literally doing trimax to get away from facial hair.

UEE can be dealt with several ways:

1. Botox brow drop (gets you 2-3mm eyebrow drop)
2. UEE filler (looks like 3-4mm in photos) - also note they can’t make the medial side of the eye look natural. See photos and you’ll see what I mean.
3. Fat grafting… black art to me.
4. Supra implants with drop down. Need to discuss with surgeon.
5. Facelift type procedure (pull up on the outer upper corner of eye area and watch UEE disappear)

I’m going to consult about #4 then make a decision to either go #1+#2 or #4+ maybe #3. #5 will happen in my later life (40s?)

When I went for filler consult she definitely didn’t think pushing eyelid up with filler is possible. You can’t even get a “saddle” with filler.

thanks, really just #1 and #2 are in my budget range and since Botox doesn't last that long, fillers are probably my best bet, have to discuss this with my surgeon first tho

Damn bro you need to hairmaxx. Curtains that hide the forehead would be ideal. Get those hollows from lipolab and youre good to go. How old are you?
hairmaxxing rn, castor oil arried yesterday

yeah i have pretty hollow cheeks but makeup+lighting in that pic cucks them hard

Botox is much cheaper than fillers though (less than £200 here, vs £600 for UEE filler as UEE is a specialist area) and will stop you getting dynamic wrinkles in forehead.

I had it done and it was pretty good for 3 months. Eventually you’ll need it anyway for those fucking wrinkles.

appreciated

Ltn, with mtn potential. I honestly don't kniw what you should do, you look pretty much softmaxxed, only the things you mentioned are missing.

You would benefit more from genio or something to add chin height than any of these. Also why not try Pdo in the side of the lip that’s smaller?

genio would ascend, but i cant affoed it, maybe chin fillers

i could do pdos, but i cant see the difference irl, only in camera it looks asymmetrical
