im 14 and currently 5"11 about more like 5"10.5 but here is my testmaxxing and heightmaxxing protocols
10-20K steps per day
4 Times working out per week with weights
2-3 sprints per week til failure
1-2x 30 min calisthenics sessions
stretching for 5 minutes every morning and night
1 gallon of raw milk per day
1 dozen eggs per day
1500-2000 calories of other stuff that is unprocessed
in total about 4000-4500 calories per day
9-10 hours of sleep per night
heres what i take for supplements
10K IU vitamin d3+k2
50MG Zinc
2800 MG Omega 3 Fish oil
400 MG Magnesium
ashwaganda a few hours before bed
16-8 Fasting almost every single day of the week
now rate all this for heightmaxxing and testmaxxing
