im 14 and currently 5"11 about more like 5"10.5 but here is my testmaxxing and heightmaxxing protocols

10-20K steps per day
4 Times working out per week with weights
2-3 sprints per week til failure
1-2x 30 min calisthenics sessions
stretching for 5 minutes every morning and night

1 gallon of raw milk per day
1 dozen eggs per day
1500-2000 calories of other stuff that is unprocessed
in total about 4000-4500 calories per day

9-10 hours of sleep per night

heres what i take for supplements
10K IU vitamin d3+k2
50MG Zinc
2800 MG Omega 3 Fish oil
400 MG Magnesium
ashwaganda a few hours before bed

16-8 Fasting almost every single day of the week

now rate all this for heightmaxxing and testmaxxing

how would I even get those
and also im not even close to done growing my brother was 5"7 at my age which he eats like shit and sleeps bad too and he had a growth spurt and 16 and now hes 6"5 and the same happened to my dad and he is 6"4

My friend and I are the same height and he said he measured multiple times in one day recently and he swore he’s 5’6. So I’m best 5’6. not "everyone" is tall
but if your 14 or 15 alot of the stuff i do you wont be able to since my parents are rich and i get a lot of food and stuff but just sleep 10h per night and eat as much healthy food as you can

Heavy mirin this. You could prob get giga T boost just by sleeping enough and eating enough good foods without supps. Depending on where you live since soyciety rapes your T constantly.
