Facial fat, bloating, maybe narrow palate, low testosterone/DHT I'm guessing, probably insensitive DHT receptors (need more sensitivity)
He should start mewing and chewing hard gum a lot. And the browridge needs a LOT of mass.
He needs to grow out his hair better and probably get contacts.

Also maybe tretinoin on nose. Only halos I see are forward maxilla and potentially decent masseters.

If you don't have balding genes you can work on it. Testosterone and DHT increase bone in the face and masculinity, therefore increasing attractiveness of the face. The side effect is acne. If the males in his family have good facial bone mass, he probably doesn't need to worry though.

I don't really know if you want to increase estrogen I think you want to decrease it. If you have balding genes I'm not sure what you can do you need to research that.
DHT production is just testosteronemaxxing.
Testosterone -
D3, Magnesium, Zinc, pomegranate juice/extract, Betaine is a great one, you can try cycling Ashwagandha and maybe Shilajit, also Calcium and Vitamin K2 for bones
Raw honey helps a lot, and I thin
Receptors -
L-Carnithine, maybe Ginger, Omega-3, also Zinc - there's probably more but you have to research there's a ton of herbs that increase and decrease

if you're Indian I think receptors are usually the problem

Topical estrogen cant increase estrogen production in your body, you apply it to your hair. Also yeah, I am Indian, but my parents have decent bonemass, so i shoudnt really be insensitive to androgens. Thanks for the info
