Topical estrogen cant increase estrogen production in your body, you apply it to your hair. Also yeah, I am Indian, but my parents have decent bonemass, so i shoudnt really be insensitive to androgens. D3, Magnesium, Zinc, pomegranate juice/extract, Betaine is a great one, you can try cycling Ashwagandha and maybe Shilajit, also Calcium and Vitamin K2 for bones

Receptors -
L-Carnithine, maybe Ginger, Omega-3, also Zinc - there's probably more but you have to research there's a ton of herbs that increase and decrease
if you're Indian I think receptors are usually the problem
