Did you already have a Lefort? Looks like the implants need more flare at the bottom... also, your chin looks asymmetrical why not also correct that too?

Your jaw will look deformed if you get this. Please learn basic jaw aesthetics starting with a google search of “mandible”.

I’m getting my chin shaved and buccal fat pad removal together with the implants in one surgery. No I haven’t had a lefort. Everyone is saying that the design is bad and the surgeon is waiting on approval from me, I don’t know anything about implant designs so what do i do?
