Going on a cut
Wont stop till i get hollow cheeks and low face fat and a six pack.
Will lyk how it goes
My plan: Will eat at a 200kcal defecit (1800 max) while getting at least 140 g of protein in, 190g max.
Will also intermittent fast.

Will train progressive overload as well as some cardio and try to get my steps in. Will not be cutting out carbs yet.
IF this doesnt work I will try no carb with the same method, and slowly add extreme measures like potassium pills lasix etc.
Lmk if anything is cope/what I should do differently and I’ll do it and lyk as your test subject
In fact this is pretty smart we should create a group trying out several different pathways and then come back with the best one.
