Manage stress with wellbutrine

Workout 25-40 minutes 5-6 days a week.

Sleep 6-8 hours

Cleanse the air of my room for 30 min to an hour per day.

Try to eat healthy enough, veggies, olive oil, vinegar, garlic and onions.
