Hey,

So I'm a recessed athlete with a strong frame and relatively low test (within range but last tested was 440) and I'm 20 years old.

I'm healthy and in good shape, but my facial bones suck because of poor orthodontist treatment, and I also have had tendon and ligament problems my whole life.

I ran ran d1 track (sprinting) last year and had to quick because of tendonitis in both knees and my right achilles. I don't want to be "enhanced" because I've come so far athletically but would like to get back to where I can feel healthy again but also be respected facially. Right now my face is somewhere between prettyboy and cutecel imo and would just like to increase the psl (ccw rotation and forward growth a bit).

I've done my research and am thinking of running the following protocol.

1. Load up on basic supplements to get optimal bloodwork to prepare for any necessary later steps. Lift weights U/L 3-4 a week and chew mastic gum cause why not. For now, I'll take thorne basic nutrients 2/day and nordic naturals omega d3. I'm taking that cause my vitamin D is 45, test is 440, and my glucose levels are low. Do neck curls and basic softmax cope in hope that it adds up.
2. 2-3 months have passed and my blood should be maximally naturated with any "natural" nutrients. I will now also take bpc-157 for 1 month (orally) to fix my knee problems, shoulder problems, and achilles problems. I also heard this could loosen my sutures and help my face.
3. Now that my palate should be looser, give myself TMJ from the chewing and ask for an expander at the ortho. Maspe for as long as needed.

At this point, I should be healthy again which will be great, but now my test should be higher and ability to grow actual bones in my face should be improved too. If expander + bpc-157 + supps don't get any notceable growth. What should be the plan next? Would it be test, gh?

I just want input from people with experience with these compounds and methods, so I know what would be most reasonable. I just want to be hmtn facially instead of hltn or lmtn. My dad was chadlite so clearly something can be fixed just idk what.

Do you think clomid is a good starting point? I just don't want to have to pin every week for the rest of my life.
