Your jaws look very behind your lips. Which is what doesn’t look so good. Maybe look into seeing a maxillofacial surgeon, if your upper jaw is recessed (you can find out yourself) say it’s causing you sleep apnea. It would probably make your lips a strength than a weakness if it was in proportion to your jaws

Your nose is also out of proportion to your face. You could look into surgery for it after your jaw.
