Rate my looksmaxxing diet and for longevity
BREAKFAST:
4 cups kale: 30 cals
2 cups peas:250 cals
cabbage 200g: 55 cals
LUNCH:
brocoli 200g: 60 cals
carrots 150g: 60 cals
DINNER:
Massive bol seas were salad with avocados and more greens: 1100 cals
+15 ml canola oil dressing
final stats:
70g protein
200g carbs
90g fat
THIS DIET WILL MAXIMISE BONEMASS, MUSCLEMASS, and longevity
No added sugar since it gives cancer
No saturated fat since cloggs arteries
No cholesterol since heart attacks
Low protein since kidneys will die
I will live till year 2400
