Sup everyone, just migrated from lookism to this place. I've been off the looksmaxxing for a while now, mainly because I'm a filthy normie, but ngl the satisfaction of seeing yourself looking better by the day brought me back. I've tried to keep it as simple as possible and removed any unnecessary additions.
Gains:
I feel like I've got most of the basics covered. Anything I may have forgotten? I've got the basic supplements covered already.
Also, while I've done a test cycle before (which, to be honest, led to a bunch of skin sides and horrible bloat) I'm wondering if tren is worth it from a looksmaxing POV.
If anyone's curious, I can send the full protocol which also explains a bit more in-depth about the interactions between various supplements and substances, and how they complement each other. It's more based on lifemaxxing however, and incorporates a bunch of nootropics and habits among others, so I refrained from posting it. I also want to keep things as simple as possible both due to costs, interactions, and considering how time consuming things can be.
Gains:
- Test 500mg 8-15 weeks
- (Maybe) Low dose tren
- (Maybe) Deca
- Anavar
- Ipamorelin + MOD GRF for bone gains (combine this with above and supplements+good diet+gum for massive gains)
- Andractim for dick gains & possible gyno flare-ups during cycle
- Penis pump + extender, use with the GH+andractim for increased dick gains
- Low dose viagra ED, use around workouts (viagra supposedly increases gains, but if this really matters if you're already on AAS is up for debate)
- Clamping
- Erectional quality exercises (incorporate into routine)
- Minox, but I'll beta test it first to see if I get shitty skin
- Possibly finasteride (might even help with penis gains if used with andractim, if theories online about "depriving" your body of DHT are to be believed)
- Fungoral (do not use with viagra)
- Carrots & tomatoes for complexion gains, while I could buy supplements I figure its good to get your veggies anyways
- L-Tyrosine for tanning, can also be used as a nootropic
- Possibly Melanotan 2, used before and got a bunch of moles

- Phenibut, Modafinil, Phenylpiracetam (the latter helps with workouts as an added bonus)
- L-Theanine+Caffeine
- Nootropics to increase neurogenesis for brain gains
- Possibly a nootropic to prevent brain fog during PCT and minimise brain damage from roids
- Ricin oil
- Possibly Latisse (tried this before with great results, but stopped after reading about how it can fuck up your eyelids)
- Niacin (for dat dere niacin flush) (take without fats on empty stomach)
- Chew mastic gum rigorously before going out to get a nice pump

- Absolutely no fucking porn, not even softcore porn or instagram hoes, even fantasy allowed
- No worthless drinking. Skip the stimulants when going out to prevent staying up late. Only take a beer with a friend for social reasons, not to drink. Don’t go out “just because it’s Friday” if nothing is happening
