hey man ingore every comments theyre newgens and greycells, ur face (im assuming) is bloated and it can be easily fixed by idk doing some proper research not on tik tok or youtube, i recommend actually doing proper healthy research how to debloat, dont do some surgery to remove it, because it can natureally gone and see if u can get braces or like those thingy you put under near your upper mouth
