From what I can tell he changed the hairline, nose and eyebrows the most. Slight adjustments were also made to the lips, neck and jaw

Realistically speaking, lower hairline, minoxidilmax for eyebrows (although not sure they can get as thick as in morph), rhino and neckmaxxing

Your jaw is good no need to waste a fortune on surgeries for a 0.1 to 0.2 psl improvement

Thinking rhino + neck would prob be the biggest improvement. Honestly still bugs me to this day that I'm mixed but still came out with a bulbous nose lmao

Yeah the pic does have some lens distortion so you have to factor that in. The midface length wasn't changed at all but afaik there's nothing that can be done about that anyway
