Mine cant either. Only carb source that I can consume without bloating, if anything debloats me is fruit, veggies and honey.

hey pal just wanna let you know that ur rating does NOT change every time you post. you think a lot has changed but ur still low cl whether ur bloated or not so ya hope this helps
