jfl idk if ur retarded or not but the average skull size is like 22.5 inches and mine is way bigger so unless he has a 26 inch neck ur wrong

Athlean x has neck training video, 3-4x a week: neck flexion with 10kg 12 repsx4, same for neck extension, 5kg lateral each side
Trained neck for only 2 months so far, reminder to start early wherever you are

tbh it ain't even big because i have a huge head but its improving for sure
