you can have an ogre side for the the nose it's not so important imo, but rather the front.
What is lacking imo is :
angularity, sharpness.
and disproportion, with the nasal bridge beeing decent but the rest, including the tip beeing way to wide, especially for a caucasian.
This is also not good for your nose to mouth ratio, which is probably below 1.6.

the fact is op can probably get a palate expander without fucking himself with mouth widening and asking for a nose job, then the nose-lips area will looks fine and his face look better. he won't need to suck in cheeks then since it will look off.
