Niggas are doing accounting in here jfl.

Seriously speaking 2000 to 5000 IU of vitamin A per day is optimal.

Looks good, maybe too much fat? I'd lower it to 30g IMO.
But only cause I avoid fat since I seen studies that it fucks up T -> DHT conversion and it fucks up T, E, DHT, P binding to their respective receptors.

Veggies or animal? There are risks for animal, no risks for veggies.

Vitamin A isn't Vitamin A, my friend. The "Vitamin A" in carrots and sweet potatoes is actually carotene. Specifically beta-carotene in carrots which can further get converted to vitamin A if needed.

On the other hand the Vitamin A in liver is real active Vitamin A, there's no way to stop the body from absorbing it.

If you over-consume carrots you only get carotenosis, which looks good tbh.

Not enough

50K IU could have some risks, wouldn't recommended exceeding 10K especially if you don't eat enough K2 , E and A .
since K2 ,E ,A and D3 are best consumed synergistically so Imbalances don't happen

im pretty certain i eat all of those in adequate amounts though.

as the user above said, apparently vegetable vitamin a isnt in its active form so i should be okay, right?

he is right to an extent , yes vitamin's in plant doesn't get absorbed as much as in its animal form , but how much vitamins in plant form you absorb depends on your body and it varies from person to person.
but its still good advice to eat them in animal form since they got absorbed much better
and you should start supplementing since you can avoid much of the poison they throw on the food (Pesticides herbicides Fungicides Fluoride)
and if you can get Organic food to avoid these Chemicals then Get it , trust me its worth the price

What app is that my dear friend ?

where do u find this
you can source them from local farmers or from the supermarket , if you are going the farmer route make sure to ask the farmer if he sprays chemicals , and if you are going to the supermarket make sure to check for certification labels like USDA Organic or even better EU organic shown in the pic below:

thx man

Your phosphate intake is too high compared to calcium. Ideally you want a 1:1 calcium to phosphate ratio.

Excess phosphate to calcium, and low vitamin d, increases parathyroid hormone, which causes soft tissue calcification.
