Well, here's my take on it.

Lean, Skin Color & Spine: Nothing wrong here, it's not particularly ground-breaking but no reason why you shouldn't include these. There was no mention of diet on this looksmaxxing protocol so I assume you have that handled, but since we're on the topic of supplements why not D3+K2, Creatine or Magnesium?

Skin, Lips & Hair: This is where I mostly disagree. Minoxidil, soft makeup and lip balm are all fine, no mention of exfoliation for the lips though. But your skincare is suboptimal, double cleaning is helpful yes, but it's overkill for 90% of people, it just completely washes off all the oils in your skin, which may sound good, but it really isn't, if you want to do it go for it, but don't do it twice a day.

Your serums and the moisturizer are not necessary, I looked into the ones you mentioned and the ingredients are not bad, but they're just underdosed and the products are expensive. My biggest issue though, you have no mention of actives that actually make a difference and no sunscreen! I would cut out all of that:
1. Cleansing twice a day (or fuck it, even cleaning with pure H2O in the morning)
2. Squalane for moisturizing (all the products you mentioned have it in some capacity, which is good, but do you really need it on every single product? Do not use HA, that's cope, it actually just dries your skin even more because it doesn't have the capacity to deeply penetrate it so what it does is just draw skin onto the surface of your skin so it just evaporates faster, leading to more dryness)
3. Sunscreen, please.
4. Retinoids: Tretinoin, Adapalane, Accutane, Retinaldehyde, Retinol, Tazarene, even the weakest option works, but include a retinoid, this will help you way more than any over-priced Korean serum.

Of course, if you have a specific skincare concern, including other actives is something you should consider. But they need to be clinically effective and properly dosed, something many skincare products struggle with. Also, you probably don't need that much moisturization. If your skin is dry, it’s likely because you’re stripping it or there’s an issue with your nutrition or hydration. Your skin, like any organ, has the tools it needs to care for itself. For example, it produces its own hyaluronic acid for moisture, adding more on top can actually have the opposite effect. You don’t eat hair to grow more hair, or eat liver to improve liver function. You just provide the raw materials and let your body handle the rest. The exception would be vitamin A (retinoids), vitamin C, and vitamin E, since the body prioritizes their use elsewhere, which makes topical application justifiable.

Muscle: The exercises you mention are all good, but, will you train correctly? I've been going to the gym for over half a decade, I could create my own routine since I have enough knowledge for it, but even to this day I just choose to follow somebody else's, this is true for people with less than 1–3 years of gym experience. Find a routine that includes these exercises, and follow it, a routine done by somebody else with more experience than you, Boostcamp is a great app for that, it features a lot of free workout routines from various coaches and content creators.

But honestly, if you don't want to do that, then don't, great exercise selection, cardio in addition, my main concern is that you're actually going to train well, choosing a good split that adapts to your training level, learning how to manipulate volume, etc. These are things you don't have to worry about if you just let someone else do the job for you.

Oh I didn't notice. Toners are also not needed, their main function is PH regulation in your skin, which it can do on its own given your skin is healthy. I believe in minimalist skincare routine, modern skincare tries to fix the symptoms of an issue, but not the root cause of it. If your skin PH is unregulated, and you need a toner to fix it, then you don't actually need the toner, you need to fix your skin function. If you have some issues which make you need a toner I can give further insights if you're interested. With "minimalist" skincare, you get maximum results for way less money, plus there are less chemicals, parabens, and bs on your skin.

Regarding the BOJ serum, it's fine, you can do whatever you want really, your skin, your choices. But if you're going to take any of my suggestions, take retinoids, you can start with Adapalene 0.1% if you don't want to deal with getting prescriptions for stronger stuff.

Oh perfect then. Your skincare already sounds solid enough, I don't think you really need to add anything extra
