fairs. my abs are blocky but they are symmetrical (didnt flex well in these pics which made them look asymmetrical) + is there a way to get wider frame? i trained my obliques for soccer training when i was 12 which makes my waist look so much wider and now i am regretting it forever:lul::lul:

theyre not symmetrical, if they were you wouldn't need to flex them to be fraud symmetry

ur delts look flat usually suggestive of poor androgen receptor density so u can spam lateral raises and hope and pray but there's only so much that'll do

bone wise at 18 ur clavicles are 80-90% complete growth wise so sure u could try peds but its a lost cause

realistically i'm just a nitty perfectionist but ur physique mogs a majority of the forum and women don't care about any of the things i mentioned, u look good

My bicep insertions are like that too, what would be more optimal?
long, wide, thick muscle belly
short insertion = looks good flexed but worse relaxed
long insertion = looks good relaxed but worse flexed

for 19 months 5/10, long biceps are j unfortunate until you've trained them for atleast 5 years, chest is missing fullness, and mid back needs some work
