You need a rood cycle start with Test for 12 weeks with a good PCT afterward.
 
you need a mini cut, stop focusing on your maxes too if you want to build a good physique, hit those compound movements with more volume (more sets and reps) really good strength for your weight though

not trt but like 500 mg of test with PCT (post cycle therapy) so your hormones go back to normal after your cycle, i don’t recommend it tbh and if you really wanna hop on go orals only (anavar) first anything else is a bit too much for how long you’ve been lifting for

ya I have been lifting seriously for 8 months now, I won’t take anything for testosterone until my mid thirties. I just turned 20 so I haven’t got to see my body and testosterone develop naturally in my 20s yet so there is no reason I should start taking shit now
