I havent benched in over 1.5 year

Damn why not. Bench press is good for body , and I hv ecto body. I think at 180-190 lbs you would look pretty damn good tbh and fill yourself out.

Aim for a bench press of 225-250 lbs ( at least x1.2 BW at 185-190 lbs, and then add more at higher weights ) , and overhead press of 135-160 lbs. ( at least 0.7-0.75xBW at 185-190 lbs )

Adjust accordingly once you exceed those weights with the relative multipliers. So if you hit like 210 lbs , then 210*1.2=250 bench, and 147 overhead, so lets just say 145 lbs overhead
