Maximising my height
I just turned 15, and I measured in at 184cm which is above average and considered fairly tall. But it isn't a significant height in adulthood. So what I will be doing during puberty to maximise my height growth is beginning cycle of CJC-1925 and Ipamorelin. I had been debating using HGH but due to the price and difficulty to purchase due to Australia's strict customs I am opted to use peptides instead. Also not to mention I really don't wanna risk developing acromegaly.
Now my diet, to maximise my bone development I will megadose protein (150g of protein a day minimum) and 3000mg of calcium. I am aiming for my protein to mainly be based off animal proteins and I will get my calcium in through milk ( 2.5L of milk a day) https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S1521690X01901800 study that shows calcium is needed during puberty ( common knowledge though)
Improving my bone structure
I currently have pelvic misalignment which causes pretty severe facial asymmetry which I'm still a bit confused on how to fix so I will be going to a physiotherapist for help on that.
Next I will be getting an MSE or RME Device which will lead to wider maxilla.
Results of a MSE ( wider skull, better symmetry and not to mention the benefits like being able to breathe significantly better through your nose)
During all this I will be trying to develop my masseter's to hopefully lead to a wider jaw ( or give the appearance of a wider jaw)
Fixing acne and blackheads
I have normal amounts of cystic acne for a teenager but I do have severe blackheads so I plan on using .1% tretinoin cream to nuke the acne, if that does not work then I will just start Accutane but I'd much rather not risk using it first. ( Also I know gut health and hormones greatly influence acne but blackheads don't just slowly fade away with age) I cant be fucked finding results of tretinoin but everyone knows it works so who gaf.
Improving frame
Now the cjc-1295 will be the leading drive to improving my frame ( both bone development and muscle growth)
Not to mention I have a made a gym split specialised in training shoulders and back.
Obviously not a very detailed or complex accession plan but if there's any thing I should add or change
