if we talking about hardmaxing yes there is always so much surgieries that will easly enchance your looks but without surgieries there is not much that u can do and debloating will not make you htn

i think aqualyx debloating and coloring can maybe get me to lhtn, but i'll do more surgeries than bimax once i'm 18
