I mean, pretty much everyone that grows up in the west has a recessed maxilla to some extent. I’d say your forward growth is slightly above average. The average man is pretty recessed

Low IQ. That’s just not how it works. Look at this gif I posted. When the maxilla moves down, the mandible moves down with it. The mandible will always be as recessed as the maxilla

It’s not genetic. Everyone is born with a good maxilla. Study Mike Mew if you have the time. The maxilla becomes recessed due to poor tongue and body posture and lack of chewing. All of our ancestors had perfectly developed maxillas because they all had perfect posture and ate hard foods. As our species became more developed, our foods got softer, we sat around more and developed poor posture and our maxillas started to grow down and recede

Pretty much anyone in the developed world not just the west. People in less developed countries such as most of subsaharan Africa tend to have well developed maxillas

A lot of it is genetics tbh. If you have a dolichocephalic leptoprosopic face (which is set in womb) it's impossible to have a too much forward grown maxilla and a square face outline. But the face can still look harmonious while having this structure. Also there are some people who don't have recessed maxilla but stunted underdeveloped maxilla. They lack bone protrusion throughout the skull like small brow ridge, chin, narrow gonion etc. They are also framecel and small wrist. This most likely due to low prenatal t. And recessed maxilla exclusively due to mouth breathing and soft food diet is pretty rare tbh.
