Not really, just keep living a happy life and moneymaxx. Cause you are gonna need money if you want to plan for hardmaxxes in the future.

i feel like ur nose isnt whats really nerfing you but ur philtrum like it looks a bit long if i was u maybe get some lip filler to make the philtrum apear shorter
